The free trial allows you as the Team Owner to sign up and use Qarar with all the features of the selected plan for the trial period with no obligation. If you do not cancel or add a payment method prior to the end of the trial period, the Team will be moved to a Basic (free) plan.
Business cases are meant to be built and shared with other people. Qarar brings those people together on Teams. Teams also can make use of Team Standards, Assumption Packs, and Case Outlines that can be used in creating business cases. An individual can be a part of multiple Teams, however, and while Teams are important for information sharing and standards, sometimes an individual needs to keep the information specific to a business case private. Teams allows for this separation of privilege to information.
Subscription Plans are associated with the Team, and billing is the responsibility of the Team Owner – the person who creates the team. Team Ownership can be transferred in the future to another user.
Common examples of Team structures include:
A Sales team who is managing all the business cases for their potential customers
A Finance team who creates and manages business cases for their enterprise
A Procurement team who manages business cases from potential vendors
A Consulting team who is building business cases for their client
A Project team who is working with multiple stakeholders on a specific initiative
You can also invite multiple Teams to work on a single business case. The Team with the Team Member who is designated as the Case Owner will have that business case count as part of their allocation based on the plan they have. So, if the Team is on a Pro Plan, it will count as one of the 15 business cases for that team. The External Team will not have it count towards their Plan limit.
